3-5 strawberries (depending on their size)
half a lemon
1/3 cup coconut water
1. Slice the strawberries and nectarines and chop the cherries.
2. Mix lemon and coconut water into a small bowl or measuring cup (preferably one with a spout).
3. Layer the fruit into your popsicle mold (whatever order you'd like) and then pour the liquid into the popsicle mold. I suggest putting some of the coconut water and lemon mixture in the bottom of the mold before layering in the fruits so as not to create air pockets at the top of your popsicles.
4. Pop them in the freezer for a few hours until they're solid and ready to eat! Voila!
